Indian Spice Mix

Making homemade spice mixes isn't just easy but it's a great way to healthful flavor to dishes without a ton of "extras." Indian spices are full of antioxidants that can help reduce inflammation in the body. Most disease states start simply with increased inflammation so why not try to combat it as much as possible!

1 Tbs. each of coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, ground mustard, poppy seeds, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground turmeric

 Grind in a coffee grinder or mortar and pestle

Store in an airtight container

Use 1 Tbs at a time for your recipes
