Spring Mix Rice Salad
Bomb.ass.flavorsssssss in this side dish! Great alone or paired with salmon or chicken!
-2 cups cooked brown rice
-1/4 cup chopped kalmata olives
-1/2 cup cucumber chopped
-1/2 red onion chopped
-2 cups spring mix thrown in
-1/4-1/3 cut fav Italian dressing
-handful (one or two words??!! lol)l of feta. The full fat real kind
