Autumn Style Bagels

I have never been a big bagel fan but do indulge every once in a while when I need to switch up my usual oatmeal breakfast. A bagel and a strong cup of coffee = perfect combo! Adding fun toppings also helps to make it more interesting. When choosing bagels/bread/english muffins opt for a whole grain option, which means more nutrients have been left intact, and equates to a higher fiber option. This beauty below is a gluten free millet flour bagel thin, but use whatever whole grain options you like, topped with homemade pumpkin cream cheese spread, roasted pecans, and dried cranberries. Yum!
